We have been in business since 2002 and we decided to not increase in our unit book size in order to give a personalised service to both our tenants and investors.
We specialise in simplexes, duplexes, stack simplexes and well looked after houses plus commercial units. Our sizes range from bachelors, 1, 2, 3, 4 bedrooms or larger and office space range between 22 sqm to 350 sqm.
When we receive new properties that we do a full analysis on it and make sure it is in the best possible state for prospective buyers.
