Symbolism of the logo
Our logo is quite symbolic and meaningful to us. We believe
the dark blue colour depicts aristocratic royalty (which puts us
a cut above the rest) and trueness – as we strive to be
morally rigorous.
Just as silver is associated with precious
commodities, we understand that our clients’ homes are of
great value to them and we treat each individual’s needs with
utmost respect.
The circle signifies our continuous growth in
Real One and we hope to reflect integrity, loyalty &
commitment in all our dealings.
Executive Chairman
Rothea Olivier started her career in her father’s family business and now celebrates nearly thirty years in real estate. Through years of experience, dedication, commitment and hard work, including serving the industry as Chairperson of the Institute of Real Estate Agents, Rothea has established her vision. This vision is firmly rooted in the reality of impeccable administration and sound business practice heavily reliant in a strong code of conduct and ethics, demonstrated by all the leading Franchisees and agents that proudly operate under the Real One vision.

Real One Holdings Pty Ltd supports its franchisees nationally in respect of residential, commercial and agricultural sales, sales in property developments, property letting and property management.
Each office is independantly owned and operated. This allows for property professionals to become experts in their areas, but still enjoying the bigger referral network and other benefits the brand offers.
